Past Students Association Of St. Josephs' College Bandarawela

Message from the secretary

St. Joseph’s College, Bandarawela, which was gifted to this world with only 17 boys in 1909 by Rev. Brother Levis, today enriches the lives of 2500 students in educational aspects with a staff of 126. Bearing the motto “always truthful” the college is committed to generating personalities that are well fit with the present societal context that is complex in social and cultural, political, economic, and technological sides. As past students, we believe that our duty and responsibility are to facilitate the college enabling it to discharge its service towards the students without any obstacles. Throughout the past decades, as a well-organized team, The past students’ Association has been able to provide the fullest contribution to enhancing the college’s physical and human resources. We are pleased to mention some of the projects we launched. Donating a bus to the college, establishing of sanitary facilities during the Covid – 19 period, organizing sport coaching programs, donating sports equipment, improving infrastructure facilities of the college, and conducting national-level exam-oriented seminars and workshops for the College students. The Past Students’ Association is on stand – for each and every movement to extend its helping hand to brighten the present and future of the College as did in the past.
